ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible you must be a legal U.S. resident (residents Rhode Island cannot participate). Employees, officers and directors of Fishman & Tobin, Inc.(the Sponsor), Phillips - Van Huesen, Inc., Belk Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliated retailers, Sweepstakes suppliers, their advertising agencies, and spouses of such employees (and the I.R.S. listed dependents or members of such employee’s household), are not eligible to enter or win any prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all participants agree to be bound by these official rules, and agree that the decisions of the Sponsor will be valid and binding in all respects.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. To participate in this contest, between May 15 and September 29, 2010, sign-on to ftfile.com/Belk. When you enter the website you will be prompted to register information including your name, street address, phone number and e-mail address. Limit one entry per household per day. Attempts at multiple entries on the contest websites will be disregarded. Free internet access is available at most public libraries. Making a purchase will not increase the odds of winning a prize.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize will consist of a Sony Vaio Z Series Notebook computer valued at $1899.99. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

WINNER SELECTION: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 11, 2010 from all entries received. The odds of winning depends on the number of valid entries received by the dates above. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Winner
must be at least 18 years of age or have a permission form filled out by a parent or legal guardian who will accept the prize (one will be supplied). If a prize is refused or prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, one alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. Winner will be notified by mail. All prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within 14 days of notification. Failure to timely claim prize may result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to alternate winner as solely determined by Sponsor. Alternate winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within 14 days of notification. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its advertising and promotional agencies to use the winner's name, photo and/or likeness and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional compensation or permission unless prohibited by law. Upon request by Sponsor, winner will provide written consent for such use. No more than one (1) grand prize and ten (10) first prizes mentioned above will be awarded. The prize will not be awarded if the first or alternate winner does not accept the prize or respond within 14 days.

CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to: (a) abide by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final in all respects; (b) release Sponsor, its divisions, retail stores, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, their respective directors, officers and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the participant’s participation in the sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to end the Sweepstakes earlier than September 29, 2010 or to extend the length of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it is determined that it is not capable of completion as planned due to tampering or any other cause.

WINNER/RULES: To obtain the names of winners or a copy of the official rules via mail, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Belk Izod Schoolwear Online Contest Requests, 7111 W. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ. 83033. Specify “winners list” or “rules” on your request. Sponsor may changes the terms or rules of the contest at its own discretion from time to time.
